Booking & Payment Policy
Booking Advance: To confirm any vehicle, an advance payment of 10% of the total fare is required. The booking is not considered confirmed until this advance amount is received.
Balance Payment (Remaining 90%)
The remaining 90% of the fare must be paid before the journey begins. You may pay using:

- Cash payment to the driver at trip start (subject to company rules)
Booking Confirmation Process
- We provide provisional confirmation once we receive your booking request.
- The booking is officially confirmed only after the 10% advance payment.
- You will receive a confirmation message/email with trip details and invoice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 7 days before travel: 90% refund (10% advance is non-refundable).
- 3–6 days before travel: 50% refund.
- Within 48 hours: No refund.
- During peak seasons, stricter rules may apply.
No-show / Early Termination
In the case of a no-show, the advance payment will be retained. If the customer ends the journey earlier than planned, settlement will be done as per company policy.
Security & Liability
The company provides vehicle and driver services only. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Insurance coverage is determined by vehicle insurance and applicable laws.
Driver & Service Rules
- Driver instructions related to safety must be followed.
- No illegal items may be carried in the vehicle.
- Misuse of the vehicle may lead to extra charges or legal action.
Changes by Company
The company reserves the right to change the vehicle, driver, or route due to unforeseen conditions such as weather, road closures, or vehicle issues.
Privacy & Data
All personal information collected during booking is used only for service delivery and is protected under our privacy policy.
