Welcome to the Terms and Conditions India Luxury Trip page. These terms govern the use of our website, luxury caravan rentals, Urbania rentals, tempo travellers, luxury buses, travel bookings, and related services. By booking any service with India Luxury Trip, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Booking Confirmation

To confirm any booking, customers must pay an advance amount equal to 10% of the total fare. Bookings are considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been successfully received and verified by India Luxury Trip.

Payment Terms

The remaining 90% of the booking amount must be paid before the journey begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 7 days before travel: 90% refund.
• 3–7 days before travel: 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before travel: No refund.
• Peak season bookings may have separate cancellation policies.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking and travel information.
• Carry valid identification documents where required.
• Respect vehicle property and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by drivers and staff.

Vehicle Usage Policy

• Illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers shall be responsible for damages caused during the trip.
• Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply when necessary.
• Extra stops, route changes, and waiting time may attract additional charges.

Delays and Force Majeure

India Luxury Trip shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, route changes, or service interruptions caused by weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, traffic congestion, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

India Luxury Trip provides transportation and travel-related services only. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for booking management, customer support, operational requirements, and legal compliance.

Changes to Services and Policies

India Luxury Trip reserves the right to modify vehicle availability, pricing, routes, services, policies, or website content at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
