Cancellation Policy

At India Luxury Trip, we aim to offer a seamless and transparent booking experience. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity for all customers and helps us manage operations smoothly. Please read the guidelines carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 7 days before travel date: 90% refund (10% booking amount is non-refundable).
  • Between 3 to 7 days before travel date: 50% refund of the total package/vehicle cost.
  • Less than 3 days before travel date: No refund will be applicable.
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% cancellation charges apply.

2. Cancellation by Company

In rare situations such as vehicle breakdown, natural calamities, or unavoidable conditions, we may cancel the booking. In such cases:

  • Full refund of the booking amount will be provided OR
  • A replacement vehicle will be arranged (if available).

3. Modification / Rescheduling

  • Date change request must be made at least 72 hours before the trip.
  • Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability.
  • Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

5. Important Notes

  • Booking amount (10%) is non-refundable.
  • Toll, parking, state tax, or extra charges are non-refundable.
  • Company reserves the right to update this policy anytime.
