Cancellation Policy

At India Luxury Trip, we strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and customer-friendly booking experience. We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds for all bookings, including luxury caravans, Urbania vans, tempo travellers, luxury buses, and other travel services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If a customer wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than 7 days before the scheduled travel date: 90% refund of the total booking amount. A minimum booking charge of 10% is non-refundable.
  • Between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled travel date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 3 days before the scheduled travel date: No refund will be provided.
  • Same-day cancellation or No-Show: 100% cancellation charges will apply, and no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by India Luxury Trip

While we make every effort to honor all confirmed bookings, certain situations may arise that are beyond our control, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, emergencies, or other unforeseen operational issues.

In such cases, India Luxury Trip may:

  • Provide a suitable replacement vehicle, subject to availability.
  • Issue a full refund of the booking amount paid by the customer.

3. Booking Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the departure date.
  • All date changes are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Any fare difference, seasonal rate adjustment, or additional service charge must be paid by the customer.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of departure may not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited through the original payment method used during booking.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

5. Important Information

  • The initial booking amount (10%) is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Toll taxes, parking fees, state taxes, permits, entry fees, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable.
  • Customized travel packages or special arrangements may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
  • India Luxury Trip reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
